As a filmmaker I am especially interested in commercials, fiction film and documentary formats with a strong visual approach. I am searching to find ways to make pictures a physical experience conveying emotions. Experimenting with texture and format in my photography is feeding into this work.
I have learned everything about filming on set. Working as a camera assistant and being an intern at Arri Rental in Berlin. Four years in I took the step going back to school to evolve as a cinematographer. I studied at the Universitiy of Television and Film in Munich.
I am based in Berlin and Munich, but work internationally.
